Sophisticated homeowners and builders recognize that a Homeowner’s Representative is a valuable added component to the conventional architect/contractor model when building an estate home or constructing a luxury remodel project. We act as a professional consultant to manage the entire construction process and interface between the homeowner, the builder, the architect, the interior designer and all of the parties involved in a high-end construction project. We provide these services for projects from $3million to $30million throughout the nation. We work with builders to interface with their challenging clients who require a greater degree of interaction or who have communication limitations. We work with clients who have busy professional and personal lives and need an experienced professional to leverage their involvement in the construction process. We also work with homeowners who are building vacation or second homes and are not local to participate in meetings or site visits. Our involvement reduces the stress for both the homeowner and the builder during the construction process. We utilize a state-of-the-art cloud-based Construction Project Management system for effective communication and expert coordination to ensure the entire building team is working collaboratively throughout the project. This produces a high level of accountability, greater efficiencies, cost containment and punctual completion of the construction project. Ed Earl has over 20 years of experience working as a luxury home construction advisor for a diverse range of homeowners including CEOs, celebrities, politicians and international clients. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including several estate homes (as large as 27,000sf), a safari camp rebuild in Africa and a nunnery complex at a Buddhist monastery.
